Became 'World', 'STAR' and British Profesional Dancing champion. Adult life took surname of Palmer after his mother's second husband. . A 2022 'My Heritage' DNA tests shows a great grand child of Timothy Pike (Palmer) has a DNA 2.6% match with Brian Whipp (a nephew to Timothy Pike (Palmer)) and a 0.5% match with Phillip Eastwood a 3rd cousin once removed.
Phillip Eastwood has a 3.1% match with second cousin once removed Brian Whipp. This proves that Timothy Pike (Palmer) was the son of William John Pike and not the son of Thomas (Pedlar) Palmer.
