Eleazar was a member of the Bevis Marks Synagogue, Spanish/Portugese Hebrew Congregation. Given assistance by the secretary of the Bevis Marks Congregation Almo Sheeno in 1836-38. Barber, Draper, Pedlar, Lodging House Keeper. Tried and convicted in 1838 of receiving stolen goods and transported to Australia.
